On Wednesday, April 29, the lanostrastrada showroom in Via Turati, Milan, hosted a day dedicated to press and industry professionals, offering the opportunity to present the philosophy and vision that bring together Tenuta del Paguro and viabizzunoagricola in a shared project centred around wine, territory, art, and conviviality.

lanostrastrada was born from the encounter between these two realities: on one side Tenuta del Paguro, a pioneering winery in the underwater aging of wines in the depths of the Adriatic Sea; on the other viabizzunoagricola, an agricultural and cultural project connected to land, light, and rural knowledge, with estates located between Romagna and Sicily. Two different experiences brought together by the same sensibility toward research, memory, and the culture of hospitality.

Mario Nanni, artistic director of the lanostrastrada project, and Gianluca Grilli, founder of Tenuta del Paguro, were both present during the event, guiding guests through the origins of the project, its philosophy, and the ongoing dialogue between aesthetics, research, and territory.

Throughout the day, guests tasted a selection of wines and explored the distinctive underwater aging method that defines Tenuta del Paguro. Since 2008, Tenuta del Paguro has been the first winery in the world to introduce underwater wine aging: a process that takes place in the depths of the Adriatic Sea, where pressure, constant temperature, sea currents, and the absence of light contribute to the wine’s evolution, creating unique characteristics.

The Milan showroom, one of the “places” of lanostrastrada, fully represents the project’s vision: a space dedicated to encounter and sharing, where light, design, and materials engage in dialogue with wine and territory, transforming tasting into a sensory experience.

The event concluded as a moment of exchange and shared storytelling, an opportunity to convey a philosophy that combines conviviality, research, and territorial identity through authentic and contemporary experiences.
