A trip to the Slow Wine Fair. The Slow Wine Fair took place in Bologna, a city known for its medieval style and passion for food and wine. The event, which is dedicated to ‘good, clean and fair’ wine, just concluded its third edition near the two towers. The wine presented at the fair is free of any chemical or artificial additives, allowing it to rediscover its roots. Enthusiasts, professionals, and over 200 national and international buyers had the opportunity to meet excellent wines from all over Italy and the world on Sunday. Zedcomm’s team assisted its clients throughout the three-day fair. The following exhibitors were present in strict alphabetical order: Consorzio Vini Abruzzo, Demeter, Domenico Clerico, Elemento Indigeno, Fonzone, Pra, Tenuta Mazzolino, Vistorta. The event spanned three intense days of tastings and walking from one stand to the next to discover a world of increasingly sustainable and high-quality wines. The fair also included open dialogue with attending press. The 2024 edition of the fair featured around 1,000 wineries, over 300 more than in 2023, from all Italian regions and 27 countries around the world. Over 170 international exhibitors were present, including those from Japan, Australia, South Africa, Sweden, and Mexico. The fourth edition of Slow Wine Fair will take place from 23 to 25 February 2025 at Bologna Fiere.
