On 28 October, Grosjean Vins met with the Roman food and wine press in the heart of the capital at an event dedicated to discovering mountain wines.At Giulio Terrinoni’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Per Me, which has been a benchmark for Roman cuisine for years, journalists were able to sample one of the most emblematic wines of the Aosta Valley. The event was entirely dedicated to the discovery and promotion of mountain wines. During the press lunch, the history and production philosophy of the Grosjean winery were recounted. Generation after generation, the family has preserved and carried on the wine-growing heritage of this challenging region with passion and dedication, where heroic viticulture is not just an agricultural practice, but a true cultural expression.
