The leading wine of the winery, COR RÖMIGBERG Cabernet Sauvignon, offered in six historic vintages: a limited edition for true enthusiasts “Wines from historic vintages are comparable to elderly people who have remained young in spirit”, this is the comparison with which Alois Lageder presents the exclusive RARUM project. “These wines have an extraordinary personality, a very special aura; through the aging process a wine reveals its secret, the interaction between place, climate, vinification and time, that’s why every year we select wine for our RARUM assortment. and the vintages with the best characteristics and, for the 2020 collection we have chosen our leading wine COR RÖMIGBERG Cabernet Sauvignon in six historic vintages ” Fans of the sector and collectors will be able to purchase the special packaging at the Paradeis Winery of the Estate or in the best wine shops, thus comparing the styles and characteristics of the best vintages of COR RÖMIGBERG Cabernet Sauvignon, observing its development and aging potential. For the occasion, an elegant wooden box with a very particular uncorking / capping bottle was chosen, in a limited edition.

Budri and Valextra present MarVles

Budri in collaboration with Valextra presented MarVles, a multidisciplinary project created in collaboration with the designer Patricia Urquiola: a unique mix of craftsmanship and technology. Materials collide and connect through Patricia Urquiola’s vision: softness and hardness, warmth and coldness, stones usually used in architecture become jewels thanks to Budri’s manufacturing expertise.

The Iside Valextra is not just a canvas on which to create the project, but a timeless piece made precious by the intervention of Patricia Urquiola. For each bag the designer has conceived a layered design, recreated by Valextra through leather inlay techniques, and by Budri using the same technique with marble.

Castello di Fonterutoli – Marchesi Mazzei

The vineyards of the Castello di Fonterutoli estate are located historically in a borderland within the Chianti Classico area, the point of contact of three municipalities: Castellina in Chianti, Castelnuovo Berardenga and Radda in Chianti. “I Cru – the result of the deep knowledge of the territory – summarize and express in the glass the characteristics of the three terroirs from which they come, with their different microclimates and soils”, explains Francesco Mazzei CEO of Marchesi Mazzei “today we can present three pure Sangiovese wines that they are the result of research in the vineyard and tailoring work in the cellar, with the aim of anticipating the additional geographical mentions that we hope will soon be recognized. ” Starting from the 2017 harvest, the Mazzei family has decided to enhance the biodiversitỳ of its “terroirs” by giving life to three Chianti Classico Gran Selezione that debut today on the markets, each coming from a different municipality with its own nuances and peculiarities̀.
