With Milano Wine Week, Milan is confirmed as the Wine Capital!

The third edition of Milan Wine Week has just ended in the name of innovation and is confirmed as the largest international wine event. Three hundred physical appointments for a total of 10,000 active presences spread over 9 days (3-11 October). In addition, a significant following also via the web, with 3,000 operators and buyers from around the world connected live, for an overall growth estimated in the order of 20%. Among the B2B activities, the absolute novelty for the world of wine is the International Tastings, i.e. exclusive tastings – about fifty appointments on the calendar – aimed at buyers and the press in digital connection with the physical public that was partly in the Milanese headquarters of Palazzo Bovara and partly – for a total of 1,250 guests – in one of the 7 foreign locations (hotel, venue, wine space, etc.) of the Milan Wine Week 2020, located in the cities of New York, San Francisco, Miami, Toronto, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Moscow, thus touching the most important reference markets of the wine world – North American, Chinese and Russian -. A unique involvement and interaction of its kind, for a world – that of wine – often anchored to the consolidated dynamics of fairs. For Federico Gordini, a young entrepreneur under 40 who is rewriting the dynamics of the business and communication of wine companies and creator and President of Milan Wine Week -. “The event recorded a success that went well beyond expectations, demonstrating the strength of an intelligent organization that has built a sustainable project, respectful of the limitations imposed by the health emergency, and which, above all, has made Milan the international capital of the wine industry like other excellences such as fashion and design “.

Marmomac Restart Digital Edition, the world of marble, networking and training just a click away

September 2020 – The countdown has started: from 30 September to 2 October, the international community in the natural stone sector will welcome a “virtual” appointment with Marmomac Restart Digital, the special digital edition organised by the world’s leading stone industry trade fair. Three days of global relationships to develop business through meetings, networking, B2B and events within the scope of a shared online platform.

Alongside Italy, many other countries have already signed up for this initiative, including Austria, Germany, Holland, Portugal, Iran, Turkey, Egypt and South Africa.

Marmomac Restart Digital will be available online as of 10 September with the initial previews of the constantly updated schedule of events and the Marmomac Academy programme.

Marmomac Restart Digital  is designed to ensure immediate and intuitive interaction between exhibitors and visitors – sector operators, buyers and professionals – who will be able to share discussions and comparisons. The focus will be on networking, with the possibility of organising meetings, interviews or full-scale presentations with a selected audience of connected professionals from all the main markets.

Budri Eyewear presents the Intarsio capsule collection. A tribute to architecture and art

On Wednesday 15th July, Budri presented the Intarsio Capsule Collection designed by Valerio Cometti at its Foro Bonaparte showroom in Milan. The Capsule Collection is inspired by the world of architecture; a new language created by rich patterns in meaning that bring, for the first time in the world, artistic inlay into eyewear. The collection evokes, in fact, three eras of great artistic prestige: Baroque, Neoclassicism and Renaissance. The three shapes dedicated to Bernini, Canova and Donatello feature inlays inspired by the richness of the floors of these eras. Once again Budri speaks thus of architecture, of extraordinary surfaces that have coexisted with man for hundreds of years, wear out over time, but acquire value and beauty with each passing day. Precious masterpieces born thanks to the company’s mastery in marble processing and inlay technique.
