Knight Frank among the protagonists of ‘Il Giorno della Casa’ event

On 5 December, Bill Thomson participated as a speaker at ‘Il Giorno della Casa’, an event entirely dedicated to real estate organised in Milan by the newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore. In its first edition, the initiative was created to analyse how the residential market is evolving in the post-covid era in Italy’s major cities and beyond. Bill Thomson, as CEO of the Italian network of Knight Frank, a real estate agency with headquarters in London and a network of 487 offices in 53 countries (including 9 offices in Italy) was the only one of the speakers to address the topic of the luxury real estate market. In a dialogue with journalist Paola Dezza, Thomson explained how prime properties remain attractive in Italy for foreign investors, not only in Milan but also in locations such as Venice, Como and Naples.

Francesca Seralvo a lunch to talk about Tenuta Mazzolino

Francesca Seralvo of Tenuta Mazzolino wanted to create a special occasion to tell her story as a wine entrepreneur and a moment to bring the spotlight onto her new sparkling wine – the Blanc de Blanc Mas Dosè. To achieve this, together we have created a special lunch with an exclusive setting, Casa Fiori Chiari. In a private room on the first floor – between display windows and a table football- Francesca told her story to a small panel of lifestyle and wine journalists: starting with her grandfather’s decision – who choose her among 12 cousins ​as the one who should take the reins of the Held- then how she accepted this prestigious baton from her mother Sandra, then finally how, in 2015, she left her prominent career in the legal profession to dive into this adventure. And now – as a full-time winemaker and a mother of 3 – she has also decided to return to school at the University of Pollenzo, to “study everything I learned on the field”. The intimate atmosphere combined with the classic, yet refined, menu created the ideal setting for the presentation of the new sparkling wine from Tenuta dell’Oltrepò: the Blanc de Blancs Pas Dosè.

The new collection of decorative design panels – almost squares -have in their soul the concept of wood paneling here revised as a single element, able to express the uniqueness of the essences, which have always been used by MOBART BEN. The Company’s craftsmanship has been employed in the creation of an unprecedented series of artifacts that arise from the union of materials and patterns inspired by the events and emotions of the wonderful Dolomites.

Zed_comm at Merano Wine Festival 2023

Once again, this year the Merano Wine Festival, one of the most exclusive showcases for Italian wine, was staged. The wineries that participate are in fact selected by a group of expert tasters, who evaluate only the oenological quality of the wines but also the prestige of the winery itself, given by the results achieved over the years and the historicity. An important moment, where the wine world meets winelovers, sommeliers and operators from all over Italy.At the 2023 edition, Zed_comm followed its clients in PR activities, supporting it in interviews with televisions and radios, meetings with journalists up to networking between realities of different sectors. Present at the event were Domenico Clerico, Felsina, Fonzone, Lungarotti, Mazzei, Monteverro, Prà, Tedeschi and Zorzettig.
