Demeter Italia talks about biodynamics

Demeter Italia, a certification body for biodynamic agriculture, organized a three-day press tour to demonstrate the value of this agricultural method through hands-on experiences. Conceived and managed by ZedComm, the tour involved Italian and international journalists and aimed to promote Demeter Italia as a point of reference for those who choose sustainable, ethical, and regenerative agriculture. The trip began on July 15 in Rome with a press conference at the Foreign Press Association. During the meeting, the journalists discussed the strategic role of certified agritourism farms in promoting the Demeter Italia brand throughout the country. Then, the delegation traveled to Palazzo Tronconi, a biodynamic winery and agritourism farm in the province of Frosinone. There, participants enjoyed an immersive hospitality experience and gained firsthand knowledge of the principles and philosophy of biodynamics. On the second day, the tour stopped in Marzabotto, Bologna, at the “Al di là del Fiume” farm (Beyond the River).This moment highlighted the importance of the link between agriculture and social inclusion. Journalists explored how Demeter Italia promotes projects that intertwine agriculture, education, and hospitality, creating value for the territory and its people. The final stop took place in Milan, where a conference dedicated to young people in agriculture was held. Students, emerging farmers, and biodynamic community representatives discussed the future, sustainability, and innovation. This dialogue reflects Demeter Italia’s commitment to supporting the younger generation. The Swiss brand showcased its latest fragrance collections in the beauty area of the event curated by Next Gen Magazine. On the occasion of Milan Fashion Week Men’s, Gisada took part in the first edition of the Next Gen Music Award, an event organized by Next Gen Magazine on Sunday, June 22nd at Caselli 11-12 in Piazza Principessa Clotilde, celebrating emerging talents from the Italian music scene. Within the exclusive beauty area, Gisada set up a dedicated corner where guests had the opportunity to discover and experience the brand’s latest creations: the five new fragrances from the Luxury Line – Paraiba, Madagascar, Fata Morgana, Verde and Magenta – and the Uomo & Donna collection, recently relaunched as an Eau de Parfum line with a refreshed design and enhanced olfactory intensity. The beauty corner was open to the public, offering an immersive experience through scents and exclusive notes. The evening continued with live performances by the artists selected by the editorial team of Next Gen Magazine, who were personally awarded by special guests, Coma Cose, the popular Italian music duo. Two events to tell the story of Tourism in the Dominican Republic

The Ministry of Tourism of the Dominican Republic brought Santo Domingo tourism to Italy with two recently concluded events. On June 12, 2025, Milan hosted the first stop at Teatro Alcione in Piazza Vetra. The following day, Rome welcomed guests at the Hotel Cavalieri, A Waldorf Astoria, wrapping up the roadshow dedicated to tourism in Santo Domingo and this Caribbean island. Minister David Collado met with 200 tourism professionals and shared the achievements of the Dominican Republic. A seated dinner (a lunch in Rome) accompanied the presentation of new direct flights, combined packages, and eco-tourism projects, highlighting growing figures. In 2024, arrivals from Italy reached 104,737, marking a 10% increase compared to the previous year. In the first four months of 2025, Italian travelers totaled 41,292, representing 11% of European traffic. These figures confirm the strength of Dominican tourism and justify targeted investments. The Minister also outlined training programs for local guides and the development of new domestic routes. The latest initiatives go beyond postcard-perfect beaches, including the island’s green inland areas, cultural itineraries through the Colonial Zone, and award-winning golf courses. The Ministry presented a range of opportunities and initiatives focused on sports, nature, gastronomy, and music formats to encourage year-round tourism and promote the island across all seasons. Those who could not attend can find presentations and materials on the official website of Dominican tourism and the Ministry’s social media channels. The press received a kit with itineraries, price lists, and contacts for articles about tourism in Santo Domingo.
