Budri Eyewear presents the Intarsio capsule collection. A tribute to architecture and art

On Wednesday 15th July, Budri presented the Intarsio Capsule Collection designed by Valerio Cometti at its Foro Bonaparte showroom in Milan. The Capsule Collection is inspired by the world of architecture; a new language created by rich patterns in meaning that bring, for the first time in the world, artistic inlay into eyewear. The collection evokes, in fact, three eras of great artistic prestige: Baroque, Neoclassicism and Renaissance. The three shapes dedicated to Bernini, Canova and Donatello feature inlays inspired by the richness of the floors of these eras. Once again Budri speaks thus of architecture, of extraordinary surfaces that have coexisted with man for hundreds of years, wear out over time, but acquire value and beauty with each passing day. Precious masterpieces born thanks to the company’s mastery in marble processing and inlay technique.

Distances shortened with Digital Wine Tasting: alternative tools to take into consideration

July ended with a fantastic digital tasting dedicated to the Alois Lageder Comete wines. It was an ambitious project that took the famous Alto Adige company’s concept of experimentation to the extreme. A group of journalists had the chance to taste three of the new Cometes, which were fresh on the market these past few months, and were able to talk with Alois Clemens Lageder who was speaking about the project. Over the last few months in particular, we were able to maintain high the national and international trade press’s interest in “our” Companies’ new harvests and projects. A big thanks goes to the journalists and influencers who dedicated some of their time to us during lockdown, as well as the Companies, who managed to find time in their busy diaries in the vineyard and wineries to cooperate. They were all open to this new tasting formula aimed at breaking through the barriers of lockdown!

It was an opportunity to go forward and make up for the lack of events, trade shows and Winery visits and has turned out to be a new instrument we believe can be used in the future due to its practicality and because it worked so well. But we can’t wait to see everyone again in real life to discover the history, passion and projects that are behind every producer.

Zed_Comm is partner for the third edition of Milano Wine Week, the first international event of the year dedicated to the world of wine, taking place in Milan from 3 to 11 October 2020. Our agency will be promoting the event in the international press and managing press office and media relation activities aimed at involving journalists and publications in the food&wine and lifestyle sectors. The third edition of Milano Wine Week will see the participation of the best wineries and stakeholders in the world of wine through innovative digital formats and face-to-face appointments. One of the main new initiatives for MWW2020 is Digital Tasting – which will take place simultaneously at Palazzo Bovara, the Milan headquarters, and various locations in ten cities worldwide: Munich, London, New York, San Francisco, Miami, Toronto, Moscow, Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong.
