 Aquarel is presented The New Collection designed by Patricia Urquiola for Budri

Budri – on the occasion of the Milan Design Week 2023 – presented at its showroom in Foro Bonaparte 60 the new Aquarel collection, designed by Patricia Urquiola, that comes from an unusual symbiosis between the Classic Roman Travertine and the Iranian White Onyx. An outstanding combination between a material widely used in architecture for its strength and durability and the delicacy of White Onyx, interpreted in this collection in watercolor shades. 

The chromatic nuances in pastel tones contrast with the porosity and apparent roughness of Travertine, in a harmonious coexistence of colors and shapes of artistic allure. The skillful combination of colors with warm tones that fade into cold tones becomes a large painter’s canvas characterized by the uniqueness of each brushstroke.

The collection consists of two Dining Tables of different sizes, a Low Table, a Paravent, a Wall Cladding, as well as the majestic Aquarel Artwork and  accessories that enrich the tables.

Axolight enchants at Euroluce 2023

At Euroluce, the International Lighting Exhibition (Fiera Milano Rho, April 18-23, 2023) Axolight rolls out its new collection of lamps that encapsulate its vision of light and design. Inspired by the socio-cultural and architectural trends of the many societies that make up today’s world, the Axolight collections are long-lasting eloquent products, where design fuses with function and quality in a light fixture engineered to endure.  From the interplay of arrangements – based on the concept of modularity – in creating flexible lighting systems, to the value of iconic styles that have written design history, and to the technical solutions that shake up stylistic barriers in indoor and outdoor design, constructing a unique aesthetic identity, all of the Axolight collections benefit from ongoing research in lighting engineering and from partnerships with internationally acclaimed designers.  The values of the lighting brand were perfectly expressed in the ‘Sempli-city’ design concept of the new stand, an inclusive micro-world designed by Studio Milo.  A separate world is devoted to each collection presented at Euroluce, a little “bungalow” that populates the micro-city, decorated with artistic trompe-l’œil by the Italian illustrator Marta Lonardi. Each world, surrounded by its own green zone, arouses a different emotion thanks to the skillful use of neutral colors and natural materials that valorize the product. It is a fluid, intuitive path which clearly illustrates the different possible uses of the Axolight lamps, from the smaller proposals for the home to the larger formats designed for more ample spaces.

ZEDCOMM ON FIRE A VINITALY 2023! IThe agency’s Wine team attended the most important event dedicated to the sector

 

From 2 to 5 April, Verona hosted the 55th edition of the International Wine and Spirits Exhibition. The Exhibition – after years of being cancelled and alternative versions due to restrictions during and after Covid – made a successful comeback, confirming itself as an increasingly business-oriented event among operators in the sector.  The 2023 edition closed with a total attendance of 93 thousand, of which almost 30 thousand foreigners. Vermentino Grand Prix

The third edition of Vermentino Grand Prix, organized by Consorzio Tutela Vini della Maremma Toscana, was held on March 12 at Saturnia Thermal Bath to promote, starting from the start its territory of origin, one of the wines with the highest growth in the last ten years. An extraordinary panel of judges selected ten wines amongst over 50 labels: the best expression of this grape variety in a still uncontaminated land, without industries, that tends to satisfy international markets.
