New Journalists Join the Experience<\/strong><\/h2>\nIn addition, three journalists joined the Zedcomm team for the first time. The tour offered them a unique opportunity to discover Alto Adige through cycling, wine, food, and culture. The newcomers were Francesca Ciancio, contributor to Il Gusto di Repubblica<\/em>, WineNews<\/em>, Il Domani<\/em>, and CiboToday<\/em>; Maria Giulia Pieroni, Food & Beverage Editor for the publications of the Hearst media group; and Chiara Arcesi, journalist for Quotidiano Nazionale<\/em>.<\/p>\nDiscovering Alto Adige’s Leading Wineries<\/strong><\/p>\nOver the three days, participants visited some of Alto Adige’s most \u00a0. The itinerary included Castel Juval at the entrance to the Senales Valley, Kr\u00e4nzelhof in Cermes, Nals Margreid in Nalles, Cantina Terlano, Tenuta Kornell in Settequerce, and Cantina Bolzano. Moreover, each stop offered an opportunity to meet producers and gain a deeper understanding of the region’s wine culture.<\/p>\n
Gourmet Stops Along the Route<\/strong><\/p>\nAlong the route, the group also enjoyed several memorable dining experiences. Among the highlights were Leiter am Waal in Lagundo, Kallm\u00fcnz in Merano in collaboration with Cantina Merano, and Miil in Cermes together with Kettmeir and Elena Walch. As a result, participants were able to experience Alto Adige’s gastronomic excellence alongside its wine heritage.<\/p>\n
An Immersive Way to Experience Alto Adige<\/strong><\/p>\nMeanwhile, the charming Schloss Plars Hotel served as the tour’s logistical base. More than a traditional press trip, the Bike & Wine Press Tour offered a truly immersive experience. Riding e-bikes alongside a Wine & Bike Ambassador, participants covered around 40 kilometres per day. At the same time, they explored one of Italy’s most fascinating and compact wine regions. Ultimately, the Bike & Wine Press Tour once again proved to be an engaging way to discover Alto Adige.
