This fascinating varietal was the star of the second leg of Taste &amp; Share, a storytelling and tasting format organised to bring the region&#8217;s diverse wine world together with the press. \u00a0WSET Sommelier and Wine Educator Cristina Mercuri took guests on a sensory journey of discovery of this multifaceted grape, recounting its history and peculiarities, amid aromatic nuances and complex yet refined flavours. Seven special labels were tasted, from seven different producers who are members of the Consortium.
