The Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris, the wine and spirits fair, concluded its fifth edition Feb. 12-14, 2024 at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The event recorded a 14 percent increase in visitors from the previous year, with 41,253 attendees, 41 percent of whom came from 137 countries. The number of exhibitors rose to 4,074, 53 percent of whom came from abroad and represented 48 producing countries. Italy was the second most represented nation after France, with an entire pavilion dedicated to wineries from different Italian wine regions. Italy, specifically, is carving out an increasingly important role for itself in the fair, and for the first time it obtained an entire dedicated pavilion, A space capable of hosting wineries from Italy’s main wine regions: Veneto, Abruzzo, Piedmont, Sicily (a new exhibiting region), Valle d’Aosta, Sardinia, Calabria, Campania, Liguria, Lombardy, Lombardy, Apulia, and Tuscany. The Zedcomm team was present and organized meetings with the Italian and international press, to create new opportunities, through PR activities.
