On 5 December, Bill Thomson participated as a speaker at ‘Il Giorno della Casa’, an event entirely dedicated to real estate organised in Milan by the newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore.<\/a> In its first edition, the initiative was created to analyse how the residential market is evolving in the post-covid era in Italy’s major cities and beyond. Bill Thomson, as CEO of the Italian network of Knight Frank, a real estate agency with headquarters in London and a network of 487 offices in 53 countries (including 9 offices in Italy) was the only one of the speakers to address the topic of the luxury real estate market.
