We started to harvest the Petite Arvine vineyard, an autoctone white variety that grows in the Rovettaz vineyard. Wearing gloves and holding shears, everyone worked looking for bunches, fill the boxes and then go directly to the cellar. Then, a picnic on hay bales with some wines for the tasting: a glass of Mas du Jario Blanc de Noir Extra Brut, followed by Petite Arvine, Torrette Sup\u00e9rieur and Fumin. To end the day&#8217;s work, we have seen what happens to the grapes after the harvest, with destemming, followed by pressing and refinement.
