The jury was attended by industry expert journalists Andrea Cuomo, Aldo Fiordelli and Valentina Vercelli together with Roberto Rossi (owner of Ristorante Da Silene), Luca Bracali (owner of Ristorante Bracali), Michele Forasiepi (F&amp;B Manager of Il Pellicano restaurant), Davide Macaluso (F&amp;B Manager of the Trattoria Enrico Bartolini), Maurizio Menichetti (Ristorante Da Caino), Luciano Lenzi (Enoteca Castiglionese).
